Pack with Care
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
