This innovative design removes the need for desktop space, creating a clean and clear working environment.

Important factors to consider before purchasing the Willow Pro Extract:

• Please note that this is a different type of dust extractor to tabletop dust collectors. It works to extract and trap smaller, airborne particles from your breathing zone. There will always be fall-out of larger, non-harmful particles, which can be caught on a disposable mat. 
• This is a large overhead extractor which will sit near your face and may partially obstruct your view between you and your client - this will only be for a proportion of your appointment.
• The Willow Pro Extract is a hygiene product and once switched on, it is not possible to return it for a refund (unless faulty). Before you place your order, please ensure the Willow Pro Extract is suited to your workspace, by checking the dimensions and noise level listed below.

Filter Maintenance:

- Empty filter weekly including all of vents

- Replace filter every 1-3 months depending on:
    - Number of clients
    - Type of products used
    - Treatment frequency

- Only use Willow filters
- The Pro Extract system has been tested and certified for use with these specific filters only

⚠️ Important Safety Info:

- Do not use without a filter

- Hair should be tied back when in use

- Keep unit clean with the provided dust brush and a microfibre cloth

- Do not use sprays or cleaning fluids on or inside the unit

The Willow Pro Extract is unfortunately not available for international delivery (UK only).

Shipping

Due to its size and weight, the Willow Pro Extract is only available in the UK currently and unfortunately cannot be shipped internationally, please contact the Willow team for more information

Returns

The Willow Pro Extract is a hygiene product which means that once the machine has been opened it will not be eligible for refund, unless faulty. Therefore, please make sure that you check all the measurements and specifications carefully before making a purchase. Once you receive it, if you feel it is too large for your space, please DO NOT turn it on and contact the Willow team to arrange a return.

As with all Willow orders, you are able to return the Willow Pro Extract once you receive it, as long as you have not used it - it must be in original condition with all packaging intact and returned to us within 14 days for inspection. Products which have been used will not be eligible for refund.
